I am a Business Development Strategist, Growth Mindset Mentor, and the Founder of Growth Revolution. For over 2 decades, I’ve partnered with businesses to unlock explosive growth, achieving results that surpassed industry expectations and transformed their trajectory. I’ve worked with startups, SMEs, and large corporates, bringing transformation, clarity, and growth wherever I go.
But my story isn’t just about business.
It’s about survival, resilience, and breakthrough.
I’ve walked through toxic workplaces, toxic relationships, car accidents, hijackings, muggings, and the pain of addiction — both my own battles with drugs and alcohol, and watching my brother and family struggle with the same cycle. I’ve carried grief after losing my father in 2006, and often had to step into the role of “parent” long before I was ready. In 2015, I came so close to ending it all.
Suicide felt like the only escape.
But that was the year I encountered our Creator — and everything shifted. That moment of grace became the turning point that set me on a journey of healing, growth, and purpose.
Even today, I continue to invest in mentors to help me reach my next levels. I’m still growing, still stretching, and working through layers of life — but with every step, I’ve gained wisdom, resilience, and the ability to help others rise faster than I did. I’ve learned firsthand that when you invest in yourself, you fast-track your breakthroughs and create results that would have taken years to achieve on your own.
Today, I successfully run four businesses and live out my mission and purpose: to help individuals and teams discover their true potential, purpose, step into their calling, and break free from the limitations holding them back.
